Then last week, they had Family Day so he checked out late only on Saturday. This week, everything is back to normal, looking forward to Friday~~~~
Anyways, back to Family day...
His family and I went to his camp early in the morning!! I'm not a morning person but I put in aloooot of effort to wake up and drag myself all the way there so we could be on time. Then, the army, ever so strict about punctuality, might I remind you... was 1 hr late in starting the demonstration! I got bitten by a gazillion mozzies as a result. I'm not sure why but I seemed to be the only there who got it as well! I had to wear a dress on tat day... oh well, no pain, no gain.
Okayy, enough complaining~~ After the awkward speech and very thrilling performance, we got to stick on a badge for Chris. Hehe, I spotted him first in the crowd, so cute sia, stand so straight, couldn't help laughing at the whole thing. So bad ehz (chuckles). Thumbs up for entertainment.
The fair wasn't too bad too. They had alot of free stuff. I managed to get a balloon teddy bear that resembled an anteater on a pogo stick, near vodoo I'd say. But I appreciate the effort, I saw babee standing there waiting for like an uber long time while she attended to other ppl who hopped the queue, spinning out guns and flowers. I must say though, I'd take the vodoo "teddy bear" anytime instead of those.
Mm, something fun... we didn't get to play any of the games coz babee had to rush to his station but we managed to get a caricature of ourselves there. Check it out. The guy was real quick, drew like a pro. There was another fella there as well but he was kinda slower and his drawings were more comical, further away from reality. LOL... speechless...

This was the performance. Babee is all the way behind. The first man on the last row. This is bumbee at his station. He intro-ed me to the tank. Its really crammed inside and hot!!! REally stuffy too. I'm so glad I'm not a boy.
After I took pix of him and the tank, we moved on to his friends. Just a few. Babee for some reason was reaaaalli shy tat day. Gonna ask him bout it. He just put me in one corner and brought me a drink and we talked abit then stared away into the many wonders of the place.
Oh and he let me try firing some guns too! I forgot wat the name was... anyways it was uber heavy!!!! I only fired 3 shots I think? After tat my arm hurt... And the worst part... he helped me carry the gun... LOL. Okay so props to the guys for having to go through this and making it out alive every week. It was an awesome experience. Watching other people shoot though made me feel like a deer in the forest... the sound of it is soooo loud, kinda makes eu jump.

So... at the end of it all, he had to pack and I had to leave. I waited in the lecture room nearby. Gosh... the amount of flies... you cannot imagine! It's like every fly to its desk and trust me, there were maaaaaaany desks squashed into that tiny room. At least there were loads of fans as well so it didn't feel so bad. They were kinda mean though... we waitedfrom 12, if I'm not wrong... to about 1.45... well... we meaning me and total strangers who were waiting for their sons or friends. I noticed this fella had like 4 girls waiting for him, lol... lucky fella ehx. On the other hand, there was a guy who had 4 guys waiting for him. The rest were family. Chris' family went back first so I had to wait alone. The longest 1 and a half hours I have ever experienced... so much so that I fell asleep. Did I mention that I had insomnia? Yea so falling asleep was kinda nice, finally, in the middle of nowhere... Okay back to the story. When the wait was finally over, silly bumbee came to pick me up last! It felt horrible!!!! One guy was nice enough though to ask. He helped me scout out bumbee who was with his friend, Marklyn. Nice guy but boy, can he sweet talk. Lol, bumby got a weee bit jealous, sho cute! Lol... anyways we went to the nearest station together in a cab then we got bubble tea, I went to the toilet and when I came out, he disappeared. Bumby and I took a cab to Orchard coz I had a practical test.
And I am gonna stop here about Family Day...
I am studying in MMI now. Montessori Method International. It's a part-time course so I'm working at the same time in a childcare centre. But I've quit. Too much politics, too much energy and too little moneeey. Although... the notice period is 2 months... LOL so I gotta stay til Jan. Maybe mid-Jan. Maybe that's a good thing too. I cannot live without my adorable babyy in My Little Campus. I'm not teaching her, thank goodness, but when I'm free I would go see her and play with her. I soooo wanna take her home!! We had a reaaally rough start but soon she grew to understand the benefits of biaseness and favouritism and from there, love bloomed. XD She's a smart kid, it took her a few months though... The teachers and kids there knoe she's my fav. They call her Mao Mao lol... her real name is Queenie though. They actually don't think she's cute but it's like how I don't have a connection with the youngest in the centre. After tat, they started calling me Mao Mao mummyy. Then Mao Mao learn to call mi mummyyy also in the centre. So cute hor. Pic of her below...

This is Ye Xun and Queenie (aka. Mao Mao)
Ye Xun is a reaaaaaaalli notti boii but he can be soooo adorable at times. Fun to bully.
Hehe okayy M0RE on my N3XT post about them along with other updates.
